To process generation requests, we send prompts, input assets, and related settings to third-party AI providers, including Fal.ai. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Fal.ai's privacy policy if you have questions about how your generation inputs are handled by their platform.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Payment providers may collect billing information, tax information, and transaction data. We do not store your full card details — these are handled directly by the payment provider.
Generated assets and uploaded files are stored using Cloudflare R2, a third-party cloud object storage service. Files stored in R2 may be accessed via our content delivery domain. Cloudflare's processing is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Mavora Studios and to improve the product. Analytics is only enabled after you accept analytics consent. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded for your session.
We use analytics for aggregated usage information such as page views and navigation patterns. We do not use analytics to collect prompt text, generated content, uploaded asset names, email addresses, user IDs, payment details, or other sensitive generation data. Google's processing is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser. There is no in-app consent preferences screen yet, so to change or withdraw your choice you can clear your browser's site data (including localStorage) for Mavora Studios; you will then be asked again on your next visit.
We retain account data while your account is active. Generated assets are stored for a limited retention period and then automatically deleted from active storage; the exact period may depend on your plan and product rules. You can also request deletion of your assets at any time by contacting us.
We may retain logs, billing records, abuse records, and legal records as needed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, secure session management, and access controls. No system is completely secure.
Depending on your location and applicable law (such as the GDPR or similar regulations), you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; to object to or request restriction of certain processing; to request a copy of your data; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Mavora Studios is a global service. Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where our hosting providers, AI providers, and storage providers operate.
