Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Mavora Studios, including AI generations, subscriptions, and credit pack purchases.

1. Completed Generations

Credits used for successfully completed AI generations are generally non-refundable.

AI-generated results can vary and may not always match your expectations. We do not guarantee a specific artistic or commercial result.

2. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error or provider error and credits were reserved or charged, we may automatically refund the credits to your Mavora Studios account. Credit refunds for failed generations are applied to your account balance — they are not cash refunds.

3. Policy Violations

If a generation fails or is blocked because it violates our Content Policy, we may decline credit refunds for repeated or abusive violations.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Billing is handled by our payment provider and is subject to their terms.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge, contact us at support@mavorastudios.com. We will review the issue and work with our payment provider to resolve it.

6. Credit Packs

Unused credit pack purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Used credits are generally non-refundable. If you have concerns about a credit pack purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

7. Abuse and Fraud

We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or attempts to exploit the service.
