Terms of Use

1. Service

Mavora Studios provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. Users can submit prompts, upload permitted input assets, generate media outputs, and download generated results subject to available credits, plan limits, and these Terms.

Mavora Studios is self-serve software. We are not a marketplace, agency, consulting service, or advertising-placement service; you generate and use content yourself, subject to these Terms and our Content Policy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use Mavora Studios. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You must sign in using Google to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Content Policy, payment rules, or applicable law.

3. Credits

Mavora Studios uses credits to measure usage. Credits may be granted through free trials, subscriptions, promotions, or purchases.

Credits:

• Are not currency.
• Cannot be withdrawn.
• Cannot be transferred unless we explicitly allow it.
• May expire depending on plan or product rules.
• Are consumed when generation requests are successfully completed.
• May be refunded internally if a generation fails due to technical or provider error.

We may change credit costs, plan benefits, or available models at any time.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and invoices may be handled by the payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You are responsible for keeping billing information up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend paid features.

5. User Inputs and Outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, files, images, videos, text, and other materials you submit to Mavora Studios.

You must own, or have all rights and licenses necessary to use, any assets (images, logos, product photos, etc.) you upload. You may not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes. However, Mavora Studios does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, suitable for commercial use, or free from third-party rights.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use, especially for commercial, public, promotional, or legal purposes.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Mavora Studios to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote content that violates our Content Policy, applicable law, third-party rights, or payment/provider rules.

Prohibited use includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexual or exploitative content involving minors
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW content
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, face replacement, identity transfer, face manipulation, or deceptive impersonation without permission
• Hate or extremist content
• Fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive activity
• Harassment or abuse
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement
• Reselling or redistributing outputs as PLR/MRR or marketplace products
• Promotion or sale of regulated or illegal goods and services (e.g., drugs, weapons, gambling, financial scams)
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, credits, or abuse protections

7. Service Availability

Mavora Studios depends on third-party AI providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and storage providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful generation for every request.

Models may change, be removed, fail, or produce unexpected results.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Used credits and completed generations are generally non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

Mavora Studios, including its software, branding, design, and platform features, is owned by Mavora Studios or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create legal risk, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavora Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mavora Studios and its operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, the content you submit or generate, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you use Mavora Studios as a consumer, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.
