Content Policy

1. What Mavora Studios Is

Mavora Studios is self-serve software for generating AI images and videos. It is not a marketplace, agency, consulting service, or advertising-placement service. You operate the tools yourself and are solely responsible for the content you generate, the assets you upload, and how you use the outputs.

2. Rights to Uploaded Assets

You must own, or have all rights and licenses necessary to use, any asset you upload — including images, logos, product photos, artwork, and any depiction of a person. You may not upload content you do not have the right to use, and you are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe the rights of others.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not generate, upload, request, or distribute:

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Sexually explicit, adult, NSFW, or non-consensual sexual content
• Hate, harassment, or extremist content
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, face replacement, identity transfer, face manipulation, or any deceptive impersonation of real people without their consent
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademark, or copyright
• Private label rights (PLR), master resale rights (MRR), or content resold or redistributed as a marketplace product where you claim to have created it
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or otherwise deceptive content

4. Content Moderation

To help enforce this Policy, every prompt is screened automatically before any request is sent to our AI providers. Prompts that appear to violate this Policy are blocked and never reach the model. Blocked requests — and generations that fail — are not charged, and any reserved credits are returned to your account.

5. Regulated Goods and Services

You may not use Mavora Studios to promote or sell regulated or illegal goods and services, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, gambling, adult products, or financial scams.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use Mavora Studios for lawful personal and commercial creative work where you hold the necessary rights. This includes generating images and short videos for your own content, products, and projects, provided you comply with this Policy, our Terms, and applicable law.

7. Enforcement

We may block generations, withhold or forfeit credits, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. See Terms of Use (Prohibited Use) and our Refund Policy (Policy Violations) for details.
